Within a state-of-the-art production facility, outfitted with cutting-edge machinery, our synthetic grass yarns are tailored for premium landscaping and sports fields. We can provide yarn in an array of colors, offering yarn options such as twisted, wrapped, or texturized. Our dedicated R&D department is continually producing new innovative yarns.

Shapes

Texturized yarn is a special type of monofilament yarn. It offered in various Dtex, curl intensities and colors primarily. This can be offered in a high or low bulk density in Polypropylene or Polyethylene.

To make the artificial grass more natural-looking, flexible, and durable, we offer several shapes of synthetic grass yarn, each offering a unique shape and set of attributes. The shape of the grass blade is related to how the grass looks, feels, and performs.

Fibrillated Grass Yarn

At our production process, fibrillated yarns are produced from PE or PP.

• Present product daterange is from 1.850 dtex – 12,000 dtex
• Any Color is achievable
• Sports and Landscape

Straight or Warping yarn are widely used in Sports Fields and Landscape applications:

• Material is PE
• Present product dtex range is from 4.800 dtex – 14.600 dtex
• Any Color is achievable

Commonly used as curly layer in Sports Fields and Landscape applications:

• Material is PE or PP
• Present product dtex range is from 3.200 dtex – 9.600 dtex
• Any Color is achievable

Twist yarn play an important role in the composition of artificial grass and widely used in Sports Fields and Landscape applications:

• Material is PE
• Present product dtex range is from 4.800 dtex – 17.000 dtex
• Any Color is achievable
